Delivery
For a hassle-free delivery, the customer must provide the recipient’s exact name (as shown in the photo identification), full address, pin code, and local landmark.
If courier person requests, the recipient may be required to present any of the identity documents listed below in order to accept the merchandise upon delivery. To guarantee a safe delivery, customers are encouraged to collaborate with them:
- Driver’s licence;
- Passport;
- PAN Card;
- Voters ID;
- Aadhar Card
Customers must refuse a package if they discover that it has been tampered with and notify us by email at info@lalithajewels.com.
When the recipient is not available at the address during the first delivery attempt, our courier agent will make 2 more attempts to deliver the product. In case the recipient is not reachable / available after these attempts, the product will be returned to us.
Changing delivery address
The buyer can modify the delivery address if the ordered product is not shipped by contacting our customer service department at (080) 235477999 or by sending an email to info@lalithajewels.com
