The Minimum amount to open an account is ₹ 1000/- or in multiples of ₹ 1000/- for 15 Months
Terms & Conditions
- The monthly installment must be 15 months.The scheme matures 30 days after the last installment.
- The installment cannot be carried over or paid in advance.
- Advancement of maturity date is not permitted.
- Nowastes(V.A) will be charged LD upto 10% on jewellery selected by you at the maturity, for the accumulated gold.
- Special Jewellery / Cz /Ruby / Emerald stones jewellery/ Diamond Jewellery/Platinum Jewellery is not covered under. The scheme but can be purchased by paying Wastage/Makings charges as applicable
- Default members are entitled to pay wastage(va) making charges & VAT as applicable. No cash refund will be made under any circumstances.
- If gold jewellery exceeds gold weight accumulated in this scheme the difference amount and wastage(va) on the excess weight has to be paid
- Free gold will be given after 30 days of the 15th installments
- Monthly payment will be converted into gold weight at prevailing market rate and credited in the passbook.
- Payment are accepted in Cash/Cheques/DD/ Pay Orders favouring ” Lalitha Jewellers”.
- In case of dishonoring of Cheque(s), Bank Charges will be levied and difference in Gold Rate will be charged.
- The scheme in Unique and will not be clubbed will be levied and difference in Gold rate will be charged.
- It is at the sole discretion of the company to alter, amend,modify add or delete any of term and conditions from time to time.
- All disputes are subject to Bangalore
- Customer signature should be tally at the time of Maturity purchase with the applicant’s signature.
- The validity of this scheme in 24months from the date of the last installment.
- Members paying their installments by post are requested to up date their passbook as soon as possible.
- Lost Passbook will be replaced only after the members produce An Affidavit 50.00. The new(duplicate) Passbook will be issued only the next day.
